Elevating your hips a myth???

Been ttc for 7 months now and was wondering if elevating your hips after the baby dance while ovulating can help? Some people say it works and some people say it’s a myth? What do you think

I’ve read that it’s a myth. But I lay and talk to with my husband for 15-20 minutes. It maybe in my head but gives me a little more confidence.

It may be a myth but it worked for me! I got pregnant on our second month of trying. We only had sex twice during my fertile week and I held my legs in the air both times. I’m 19w5d. Sending baby dust to you 🤞🏻

It’s a myth. Sperm gets where it needs to go almost immediately

It's a myth. I've always stood up and gone to the bathroom immediately after finishing and have gotten pregnant each time we tried. The sperm gets to where it needs to be in a matter of seconds!

I did wait 30 minutes to stand and after my first round with Clomid I just confirm I’m pregnant. Not sure if works, but I did it just in case 😂

I just used soft cups for the first time last night. I walked around after, but had no leakage and felt confident the swimmers stayed close to where they needed to be! I have no idea if it worked yet but it made me feel hopeful! 
Even though it may be a myth, I’ll try anything to avoid needing medical intervention, which is coming up soon.

It's total BS. I've never waited and I'm pregnant with our second with no trouble. Sorry moves very fast it doesn't need help

Actually it takes 24-48 hrs for Sperm to get to where it needs to and elevating your legs helps the sperm to move a little faster to its destination, Baby dust ✨
