I got scared after reading about all the hazards to baby if you use it often, so I only use it for 10 min 1-2x a week.

I was advised by doctors to use it once a week. We only use it more if one of us get nervous. Now I’m going for twice weekly non stress tests so I doubt we’ll need to use it much anymore.

I used it a LOT the first and second trimester until he started moving.

I use mine about 4-7 times a week depending if I’m home or not . But only for about 10 seconds as I find my babygirl super quick and I just like to hear a little reassuring 6-10 beats and I turn it off .
