Fitness through First Trimester
hi mommas! for my fitness routine, I used to run 10-15 miles a week & lift weights about five times a week. since my positive HPT, I've now switched to "speed" walking (about 2-3 miles a day plus some incline for a light cardio challenge) & am still debating about lifting weights. I was curious to see how many of you have continued to keep up with your fitness routine, specifically during the first trimester? & any recommendations?
