1st time Aunt; what do I need at my house for baby?

SIL is pregnant and whether it will be babysitting or her just here for visits, the baby will be at my house a lot. 
What all should I have at my house for her baby? I figured extra diapers, wipes bottles and a pack and play maybe? Just want to make sure we are prepared here also. We do not have kids yet, so not sure what I’d need. All suggestions greatly appreciated.

Look into outlet covers and some toys to keep in a box. Maybe even a baby grate for when the little one starts to crawl

I strongly suggest a vibrating chair. it can sit anywhere you do and relax baby.

You're very sweet for wanting to be prepared for your neice/nephew! I'd say just a cheap swing/bouncer and maybe a pack&play.; Diapers and all that stuff will likely brought to you and you don't want to stock up on something they grow out of so quickly.

I'd just get a place for baby to sleep and maybe a stroller, and white noise machine. The bigger stuff is a pain to lug around. The best thing is so closely imitate what baby has at home. So if baby is used to pack n play, get the same one. If baby is used to crib, get a crib etc.  Things like bottles, pacifiers etc see what brand  baby likes and then you can get a couple for your house.

I wouldn't get wipes and diapers bc you never know what they're gonna end up sticking with or if baby will have any allergies. that's something parents need to provide when baby comes over, but baby gates and outlet covers. maybe some toys a jumper or walker pack n play would be nice if your sitting so they can nap in it.

You probably won’t need anything. She can bring stuff over for baby. Maybe a few diapers and wipes, and maybe a swing if baby likes them. Other than that, just have her bring what’s needed. If baby stays the night, have her bring a pack n play. Unless you want to buy all that stuff. 
My dad had stuff leftover from other kids such as extra car seat (came in handy) playpen, diapers, bottles, sippy cups, snacks, juice, formula, wipes, swing, high chair, blankets, clothes, etc. He basically had everything a baby needed lol

make sure the pack and play has a changing table attached and make sure you have an on the go changing pad. you are such a great aunt! you sound very excited! congrats on the baby in the family!💙

nappies and wipes if you wish although she'll probably have that in a nappy bag anyway. a bouncer would be handy.
