can i take airborne with my prenatal? Not sure if it's to much vitamin C

High doses of vitamin c are linked to miscarriage, especially in the first trimester. I had 11 miscarriages and we were seeing a specialist and this was one of the first things she asked about. Emergen-c, airborne, all of those things should be avoided.

You shouldn’t need to. A prenatal is pretty nutritionally sound. Airborne only works for folks who don’t get enough vitamins on a daily basis already. 
My doctor’s office told me to stay away from airborne and emergen-C during pregnancy, too.
