I don’t know what to expect......😬

What happens when you skip the pill? I have been on it for almost a month now and Saturday was the first time I skipped it. I wasn’t home and didn’t have my pill on me. I had unprotected sex that day. I just don’t know what happens when you skip. I’m suppose to start my period today or this week however that works but what if I don’t get it?
