so happy I could cry!

So me and my partner have been trying for a baby for nearly 3 years, we have our last appointment on the 12 of February after going to the hospital for a year and half trying to work out why we wasn't concieving, turned out to be pcos in the end but guess what we have conceive naturally with no medication, we stopped trying months ago because we knew nothing would work but wasn't we wrong!
