A good diet?

I gained 60 pounds in the past year and a half. I’m now 5’9 and 215 pounds. I have a lot of body fat in my thighs, legs, belly, lovehandles, arms.. everywhere!

I spend a lot of time on the road and have been eating pretty crappy my whole life, I always have dessert due to my sweet tooth guess it’s finally catching up to me! With that said, I don’t know exactly how to eat to lose weight the healthy way. I’ve tried nutrisystem but had no luck. here are my thoughts.. please let me know if anything should be changed around. I need to lose weight!

Breakfast - Oatmeal OR scrambled eggs.

Lunch - Turkey Wrap with Deli Turkey, Romaine lettuce, Mozzarella Cheese & Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil in a Wheat Wrap

Dinner - Turkey Burger with Veggies OR Roasted Chicken with Carrots and Roasted Potatoes

Snack - Slimfast Shake

What do you think? Should I change anything around? Btw I also work out about 5 hours total per week however guess that’s not enough with my crappy food choices as of lately 😏🤷🏻‍♀️
