According to this chart 15 weeks is 4 months. I'm lost on what's confusing about this chart... Feel like I'm missing something.

Well... There are 4 weeks in a month. So.. doing the math.
4×1=4
4×2=8
4×3=12
4×4=16
4×5=20
4×6=24
4×7=28
4×8=32
4×9=36
4×10=40

First number is the weeks. Second number is the month. :) hope that helps!

This is another chart I came across and it's saying the same thing as the other chart I posted!

Whats even more confusing is to try and count day by day with a calender.
