miscarriage at 8 weeks

so today was the day i learnt that i had miscarried with my first pregnancy. I am so devastated words cant even explain.. iv decided to tell my story on hear for anyone that may be worrying about whether they are having a MC also.. i first become concerned thursday afternoon with a little bit on brown spotting. friday had the same brown spotting only i little bit heavier. saturday morning was becoming more worried as it still hadnt gone away. so i rang my midwife and she sent me to got get an anti-D shot in my bum as i am O- blood type. after this later on in the day the bleeding become red and heavier. by sunday all hell broke loose. my partner and I went for a drive and i was in so much pain with heavy cramping. i asked to pull over so i could use the bathroom and when i went to the toilet and pulled down my pants a huge gush of blood and clots came out. we drove home me crying the whole way and in major pain. when getting home there was a lot more blood and clots for the rest of the day. on monday i went for a scan which my midwife had booked on saturday for me and no baby or HB to be found. he said that the baby had passed already and that i was near the end of the process.. i dont know how much more i can cry but it still keeps coming. heart broken :(
