taking a pill late
Hi! I've been on the pill for about a year, and i'm pretty good and making sure I take it everyday at the same time; but when i'm working i'm unable to take a break to take it/ remember because i'm not on my phone (where my alarm is.) I'm not super concerned about it, but how late are you able to take the pill without the risk of getting pregnant increasing? an hour? or is it shorter/ longer than that?
