Ovulation on BC

so I've been on the pill (Levora) for almost 3 yrs now. it says it is a combo pill and is suppose to prevent you from ovulating. i take it every day, at night, around 9pm. however every month i notice a clear discharge for a few days to a week. for instance this past week there was a lot of clear discharge being excreted. it was clear, stretchy, no odor, and i would have to wipe several times with toilet paper to get it all off. is it possible i could still be ovulating even on the pill? so confused.
