Why is it?

Hi ladies, my breast is so tender and kinda sore. I just want to ask if it is normal during my fertility windows nor ovulation day? I usually feel this a week before my AF, but its kinda early for now because i am expecting my AF on the 6th of february (according to my 32 cycle) , we’re TTC for 4mos and we did our BD twice during my fertility days. I am just concerned with my sore breast 😅, what do you think ladies the cause of this? Am i ovulating already? Or is it normal to feel this 2weeks before my AF?
