After miscarriage
December 19-20th I had my 2nd miscarriage and I bled for 2 weeks then I stopped bleeding for 1 week. And then I had brownish/red blood for a week(which I thought was my period)but then a week after I stopped bleeding the second time I started spotting and having these tiny(not sure if tissue or pink blood clots) every now and then when I wipe. (In picture below)
Any idea what it could be? And why this is happening?
