Miscarriage and positive tests??

I’m sorry if this doesn’t belong here I just know I’d get a lot of feedback.

Okay, I found out Wednesday I was pregnant and confirmed it with a blood test, I was EXTREMELY early like just pregnant.

Thursday evening I started cramping & bleeding extremely hard it lasted until about Saturday night. So I bled for 2 & 1/2 days.

Well just to make sure I took a pee test this morning because I figured if I was so early (my HCG was only 10) that it would be out of my system & if there was any hope I’d want to know.

Well I have a test darker than the one I took on Wednesday. 🙃 I’m going to get my blood drawn again but has anyone else had this happen?? I’m not getting excited by any means. I’m just confused.

Update:

I randomly started getting cramping on my left side so bad last night I had to go the the ER. After tests and an ultrasound (they couldn’t see anything yet because I’d be so early)

I am still pregnant but my numbers are only 24 and they should be around 50-60 right now. He said the cramping is probably my body preparing for a miscarriage ... so the cramps are that bad (aka a living hell) If & when I’m gonna miscarry. He said to just keep getting my blood drawn every 2 days to see what it’s doing because if the pregnancy is viable it should be doubling. He said he can’t really say how viable the pregnancy is, but I’m pretty much on bed rest. No sex, no major activities, nothing.

I’m pretty much just sitting here waiting around to miscarry my baby. He doesn’t know what my bleeding was before because it was heavy but it was probably a threatened miscarriage.
