How to deal with abortion regret 4 years later?

My now husband and I weren't ready and it was the hardest decision ever. Now we are TTC and we are on our 7th month. It's making it so much harder and I regret it even more then I already have.

I was in the same position as you a few months ago. We had one 6 years ago, and it took us 11 months to conceive this one. All I could do was beat myself up about the piss poor decision I made years ago. But you can't! Don't be so hard on yourself. There's a time for everything and your time is coming soon. 11 months it took us and now I'm almost 12 weeks 😊

I still regret it a lot,but having one didn't affect my fertility because I had no problem conceiving after it..but it's just always stuck in my mind and it's really not healthy because even when they handed me my daughter for the first time,I still remembered that pregnancy and that baby😟.

I was in the same situation, we got pregnant after being together a year and a half and decided to have an abortion since I was still in college...now 4 years later we have a 2 month old that took a little trying, I was terrified that it was my fault because of the abortion, but we kept trying and everything turned out ok. It took a lot of talking to my husband about it to feel better. Good luck :)
