My first period in 10 years
I recently took my Mirena out so that my husband I could start Ttc. I just started my period for the first time in 10 years. I didn't have one the whole time I was on my (2) mirenas. I'm not sure if it's stress from
Work or hormones or a combo of both. But I am about to completely freak out. My emotions are all over the place. My heart is racing and I can't stop myself from getting angry at each complaint I get from co workers. I am the office manager so I get more than my fair share of complaints from my employees. Any suggestions on staying calm and level headed?
