Baby Tylenol and constipation?

Baby is almost 10m and teething. When it gets bad we give Tylenol. I've noticed that when I give him Tylenol he's constipated for a few days. Straining hard to poop and only making a little progress. He seems to be uncomfortable and fussy. Without the Tylenol he'll poop every 2 to 3 days with no strain. He's also being stubborn about solid foods so giving him purees or cereal is usually a war with lots of crying and stress. Has anyone seen a relation between constipation abd Tylenol? And how can I help him?
