Hi! Stage 3 endo and had iui this month

Hello! I’ve posted this picture already but I️ don’t think I️ posted on the correct board! But I’m 11dpt 10dpiui, I️ had a lap about 3 months ago and they found stage 3 endo, which I️ had no symptoms for. 🤦🏻‍♀️ but anyway what are your opinions on these tests, they were taken with the same urine this morning, do you think it’s still that darn trigger lingering. I️ had 10000iu pregnyl.
