I wanted to longer but after many dips in supply, countless times of swollen ducts, a late discovered lip tie, I quit. It was best for both of us.

I'm going until teeth, then pumping until she's 1. After that I'm taking my body back and letting her burn through the frozen stash until it's gone, I'm thinking it'll probably last until she's 16-18 months.

I made it my personal goal to make it to 6 months. I had a rough start to it so I thought that was being pretty generous, but my LO is 5 months now and we're going strong so I know we'll make it to 6 no problem. With that being said, I'd like to try making it 1 year now or until I can't keep up with her or she starts biting too much after teeth come in 😂

I never had a clear goal in mind except that I knew I needed to until 4 months at least. Now he's almost 5 months and I've decided I'm going to go up to a year. It would be nice to have some freedom back but since he needs breast milk or formula until he's one anyway I'm not switching him, when we don't have any issues with nursing. I probably won't go much longer than a year though because he can get nutrition in other ways at that point.

I bf my first until she was 14 months and I only stopped bc I was 12 weeks pregnant and drying up. I hope I can go until this baby is 2.
