Are people born psychopaths?

Watching unsolved mysteries this question was just asked. So do you think people are born psychopaths or that their environment shapes them that way?

Both. Depends on the individual. "Nature vs Nurture" is not as black and white as everyone thinks.

Many psychopaths are found to have physiological differences in their brains, as well as chemical differences. So I think, yes, they are born that way.

Yes people are born psychopaths. But being a psychopath doesn't mean you have homocidal tendencies. Most people who are identified as psychopaths do very well in business, as they usually don't have the same emotions clouding their judgements when it comes to big and risky decision making. 
But they do have a tendency to be condescending toward other people. Usually psychopaths deem themselves smarter that other people.

But what you have to consider is that the environments we grow up in shape us all, not just psychopaths. Our personalities are not fully composed of innate genes.

I was told it usually took both.  They had the genes, to be sociopaths, and then a abuse, neglect, before the age of 2.  Those two things together could create a person with no conscious.

Yes, there have been studies showing brain differences and how they process hormones feelings etc HOWEVER that being said just because someone is a psychopath or a sociopath doesn't necessarily mean they will kill or hurt anyone. In that way I think is where the nurture part plays a major role abuse neglect etc will be more likely to them becoming a killer

Yes these people are born with a chemical imbalance in their brain. But it doesn't not mean they are born a psychopath. Exact mental disorders are brought on by a certain life changing event. I have studied this for serveral years

Psychopaths are born psychopaths, sociopaths are developed. Psychopaths have no, or close to no ability to feel empathy or sympathy etc, and can easily just play off feelings such as caring and love because they don't care if it's fake, as long as they're gaining something then  they'll play along for their entire lives. Normal human beings I believe are naturally good at heart, even if it may be buried deep in their hearts. Sociopaths can develop to become similar to psychopaths but can still have emotional relationships with people, often times very few and very rarely. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes. That is why a completely nurturing family can have 3 biological great kids and adopt a baby and have that baby be a psychopath even though they were raised the same. Or it can be the other way all the biological kids can be psychopaths and an adopted child not be. 
Bad situations do not create psychopaths. While it can create problems for a person and cause a lot of damage, it doesn't create psycho problems. It can certainly cause a conscience block. So in a way it could bring out psychopathic problems that otherwise may have not come up if raised differently.
