What did you do with your childs remains?

My baby stopped developing at 8 weeks, and I am going to get her cremated. I had a missed miscarriage, as I was over 11 weeks when I found out she passed away. A lot of my family isn’t understanding why I want to, and telling me to just to let her go. Yet, I can’t imagine just letting her get thrown away. What did you do with your babies after they passed?

I hurried both of mine myself in my flower garden... I know it sounds gross, but they now are beautiful lavender bushes and bring me happiness daily

I delivered my baby at 20 weeks ... we got him cremated and I still ashes but we took a spoon full and my boyfriend got me a ring made from them it honestly is the best thing ever makes me feel like baby Braxton is always with me ❤️

Do what ever you want to do. I lost my son at 17 weeks and we decided to have him cremated and he is at home with us. I find comfort knowing he is with us

There was very little baby left by the time of my miscarriage (stopped growing at 6 weeks, was alive at 8 week scan, probably still at 9.5 half weeks since my progesterone went back up and I felt more pregnant than I ever had at week 10, but spotting started 4 days later with a scan showing no heart beat or baby in scan in my 6week sized sac at 11 weeks, tissue was passed 5 days later) but one of the earliest large clots was a bit different with some color and what seems like a placenta. It's our best guess at what baby is. We had this sealed in an urn and will have a short prayer and bury the urn in a cemetery at the right time. If interested in cemetery burial it's worth calling around, especially if there is one associated with a prolife denomination in the area. The urn, which is nice marble with the name and date engraved, the sealing service, and the burial (plot included) were all free.

Our sweet girl was 17 weeks and we buried her in a nearby cemetery. Unfortunately our occupation requires us to move every few years so I know it’s going to be difficult to leave her here but nevertheless...
We had a small graveside service with friends and family followed by a memorial dinner with fun music and games. It was called a Celebration of Promise Memorial Dinner as we named her Promise because we are promised to meet her again one day in Heaven.

I didn’t do anything. How are you going to get the remains? If you have a D&C; and they save if, ok, but if not, you can’t really tell, it’s like a heavy period with clots. I didn’t feel the need to do anything like this when I miscarried at 9 weeks.
