Has anyone gone from a regular cycle their whole lives to being off for no reason? Like ovulating early, or having shorter cycles. I'm thinking I ovulated earlier and don't know it cause I don't track that. I literally just got out of my fertile window, but I've got heartburn, light cramps, sore nips. wondering if I ovulated early and am pregnant. can t test til the 28th.
