THROW UP + BC!!
Help!!!!!!!! I am supposed to take birth control in 5 minutes... but I have the stomach flu! I am so scared I’m going to throw it up within the next few hours. Does anybody have tips on how to not puke or what I should do? I have ginger ale, saltines etc.......
