How many days should be in between your period and ovulation?

How many days should there be from the last day of your period until the first day of ovulation?

it really depends on the women. my last day of my period was the 2nd and I ovulated on the 9th.

just wondering because this month I only had 3 days between the two. which is different for me so I wasn't sure if it was a bad thing.

Everyone’s cycle is different. My older sister ovulates the day after her period ends. I generally ovulate 13 days after my period. The only way to really know is to take an OPK.
