Had my review for 2017 and I’m top of my department. Not only got an 11% raise but also 10% of my pay as a bonus. I literally cried after we were done.
I brought in over 6m in savings for our company, obtained my PMP and facilitated 8 projects that resulted in efficiencies gained. 2017 was a successful year and it feels good going into maternity leave that my corporation knows how valuable I am:)
