I’m very confused

So glow said I ovulated like 3 days ago. I had ewcm a couple of days before that... but today I’ve had really bad ovulating pains so took an opk and got this? Any input? I have baby danced for the past few nights, weren’t planning on tonight as we’re exhausted but I just don’t get it. With the pains and this test today but all my ewcm is gone??
