Did you lose weight after gallbladder surgery?

In 2 weeks im having my gallbladder removed and 2 large cysts removed also. Did you lose any weight after gallbladder was removed?

I've lost 45 lbs since having mine taken out.

I lost about 30 pounds because I can't eat greasy food without nearly shitting myself halfway through now.

I lost before and after the surgery but then gained them back. Eating anything I want now and trying to not gain more. Fairly stable so far.

I lost weight at first and then gained it back really fast! They say not to eat greasy food once u have it removed. Of course I didn't listen and now I'm at my highest weight of just about 200... So try to stay away from greasy food!

I took mine out and then 4-6 months after I got pregnant.

Nah I just stayed the same.  But someone I know lost a fair bit after and it's stayed off.
