so I've been trying to get insurance for a while now. I have Crohn's disease and need treatment bad especially since we are ttc! well I get a letter in the mail Saturday saying I needed to call by 4:30 pm on WEDNESDAY or they would close the case and I wouldn't get it. hmm I got the letter on the 20th! how on earth was I supposed to call on the 17th when I didnt even know about it till the 20th? I really need to be able to see a Dr and get stabilized and into remission so I can focus on getting and staying preggers! and nite I'm song on hold and have been for 45 min! See the orange bar? it proves it! lol!
