7 days late now cramps but..

I was 7 or 8 days late before today & this morning I woke up to excruciating pain just on my left side.. I'm having really bad cramps only on my left side I went to the bathroom when I whiped it was blood but it look different then my Normal period & it smelled weird.. (1st time being late this long)
