Anyone else constipated???

I know it's a little tmi but I'm 5 weeks and my stomach aches cause I'm constipated. Anyone else ? And how could I help get rid of it ?

Yes. It could be due to your prenatals/too much iron. That's what happened in my case. I only take them every 3 days.

That happened to me about that time. Lots of water, fruit, fiber one bars, and if that fails try a glass of Metamucil 2-3 times a day until things start moving again.

Drink more of juices such as apple juice, grape juice, etc... That helped me significantly during my 1st pregnancy!

I'm 24 weeks 2 days with twins, I was super constipated in the first & beginning of the 2nd trimester. It was so bad that I went 9-10 without going, I was getting really worried. I went to my doctors for a regular appt & he had me lay down & was feeling my stomach & he was like wow you are so bound up, you must be really uncomfortable. So he prescribed me a Miralax a powder to mix in drinks to help, it helped a lot, & it's been better since.

Yes I'm 12 weeks and have a hard time going. And when I do go it hurts. I can't remember what we can take to help though
