Wanted to create this thread to share kind of just my thoughts and feelings on the subject. I also thought it would create an interesting discussion as well as it is slightly controversial.

So I wanted to start of by saying this is specifically focusing on nude/naked scenes in movies or tv shows. As I was watching game of thrones I realized the lack of diversity among the naked women’s body types and the shape of their breast, size, and nipples. I’m not trying to sound like a perv but after watching 7 seasons, various naked women, and noticing this lack of diversity I thought it was interesting.

I’ve always felt embarrassed of my breasts, they always seemed so small, my nipples more towards the middle of my breasts rather than high up, little to no cleavage. I always felt like this made ugly and undesirable, I mean all the beautiful women on tv or in movies didn’t look like me until I realized well they all look almost the same. I then realized it never occurred to me I don’t even know what real peoples breasts look like and sadly I don’t think many people do. I feel like we’re all made to view this specific type of body, breasts, ect. As “ideal” but what is ideal?

Personally I feel the media should portray actual women’s bodies and various ones as there are so many:

I find it rather annoying the lack of diversity among naked bodies portrayed on tv and movies. I know this may be a weird subject but I thought it would be interesting, so comment your thoughts on the subject

Edit: I wanted to correct maybe the way I said something the way it came off. Yes they are real women and their bodies are beautiful my point was just there are an assortment of other bodies that are just as beautiful and I think they should be shown as well
