Does anyone know how to make a rocking horse white again?

I’m bought a white rocking horse at a garage sale and it has dirt on its ears. I can’t wash it and I have looked online but I found nothing. Can anyone tell me how to make it white again without ruining it please?
Edit: I should have mentioned the horse is fabric like a stuffed animal not wood

If it’s made out of wood, you can sand it, repaint it and seal it 🤷🏼‍♀️

You may have to repaint it like the other poster said... but try a mr. Clean magic eraser first. I’ve used it to get scuffs out of painted walls, so it might work :)
