Holy Nausea
Well, I just found out earlier in the week that the hubs and I are expecting baby #2.
My first pregnancy was super easy (with the exception of labor and just feeling huge the last trimester). But I never had morning sickness, food cravings, aversions, etc. mostly just weird stuff I never knew were real symptoms (carpel tunnel).
Anyway, I’m only 4w5d today and the morning sickness and food aversions have already set in. And it’s almost like they came with revenge since I didn’t have to deal with it last time.
I have a Dentist Appointment coming up. I will finally be getting my Invisalign attachments off which requires me to sit still while they file away the ceramic and it may take 45 minutes or so. How in the world will I be able to sit there without gagging or throwing up?
Seriously though, what tips do you have for dealing with nausea during those times you have to be a normal adult and not throw up in public? Ha
