Break through bleeding with letrozole?

Planning on calling my dr but wondering if anyone else had strange mid cycle bleeding on letrozole? This is my second round and my dose was increased from 2.5 to 5. I’m on CD11 and just started having some bright red heavier “spotting”.

Hey! I’m currently experiencing the same thing. First round on letrozole and I finished my last pill 3 days ago, and I started spotting yesterday which turned into a little heavier red blood! How long did the bleeding last for you? I’m getting really discouraged with it. I go in in 3 days for an ultrasound and lab!

With the timing sounds like it could be ovulation spotting, which is a good sign of fertility! Hope your scan goes well!

I'd def call your Dr. I also am in my second round of letrozole. Never experienced bleeding

I haven’t yet. I have to wait until Sunday due to the trigger shot. Impatiently waiting for these last two days to drag by 😊😊

Thanks ladies :) I had one good follicle and did my trigger shot yesterday. I had two other follicles that could be good but they don’t know for sure. Starting the TWW now 😊

I have an apt tomorrow for follicle check so she said they will just make sure all is good tomorrow. I’m wondering if I had a cyst hemorrhage. I’ve had it happen once before and it was similar. Hoping everything’s ok to do the trigger shot.
