Babies dad smoked while in supervision...would you be mad?

I have a 4 month old baby girl who’s dad has not really been in the picture much. We don’t really have problems, we just don’t talk much. He has watched her for me a couple times, but it’s always been at my house where I have felt more comfortable having her. Yesterday was the first time she stayed at his place for a few hours while I did some errands. (He just doesn’t offer to help much) Now, I know he smokes weed. No, it’s not legal here, but I don’t say anything to him about it, it’s none of my business and it’s not like I have never done it a few times with him back in the day. But I did ask him if he would stay completely sober while watching her because I know how he can get when he’s stoned.

Anyway, when I came back to pick her up I noticed right away he had smoked, it’s not hard to tell. I asked him and he said he didn’t but started laughing. Finally he admitted to doing it. I was so angry. I don’t care what he does in his free time, but I am not okay with him getting high while being the only adult in charge of my daughter. And I know when he smokes, he smokes a lot so I just personally don’t think he’s capable of being 100% there for her if he smoked. Would you be mad if you were in my situation? I sent him this text and he apologized, but where do I go from here?
