Braxton hicks or baby bulge?

so I've seen other mommas saying that they love seeing thier baby's butt poke out but some mommas say that's Braxton hicks causing your belly to tighten up. I always see my sons head or butt it's kind of uncomfortable now haha I'm 30 weeks!

I think it's both cases. Usually Braxton hicks are an all over tightening. My son loves hanging out on my right side and does the baby bulge thing which is actually a lot more uncomfortable than a Braxton hicks, and I'll be super lopsided. Lol
