I have never bern regular I started my period when I was 17 and would go months with out it then get it for a month straight. I was put on the pill the help that fact and I always got extremely sick off of them then was put on the nuva ring and that didn't work for me also.. finally I was put on the depo shot and that was to help my hormones but then my husband and I wanted to try to get pregnant and got off the depo it was 3 years ago... never had a regular period in that 3 years I would go months with out a period then I went with a period for 2 months...omg that was the worst so they put me back on the depo and now just recently I went off the depo and I have been nothing but cramping horribly and barely bleeding at all at times I just want to rip out my insides 😢 has anyone had that happen to them before
