ladies have a question

I have question well I had spotting/light bleeding for 7 days well normally when i have a period its heavy and really bad cramps well I had no heavy flow or cramps but 2 days after the flow or whatever it was I had cramps ! and still do well I just checked my underwear i had a giant,jelly like glob and it was stretchy is it possible to be ovulating just 5 days after your period ??mind you before this flow happens my period was 2 months late until this flow I had or whatever it is
