You can always use a tampon, I know it may be scary. I like the Tampax brand. Personally I like the pearls or radiants. Give them a try they come in compact versions and for different flows. For example I use the regulars and lights because I don’t have a very heavy flow. Definitely try them out, great for beginners and you can’t feel it if you insert it right. The most important thing is just to breath and stay relaxed. You got this!
