Skin problems

Hey everyone. I have this issue for a while now. Since I am quite a self careless person. However, now I am at the stage when it doesn’t get better at all but worse and worse.

The pimples are on my hands, back AND legs as well. Further to that the marks don’t heal that kind of turn to purple marks. I use hypoallergenic body washes and detergents. I am a clean person and have showers regularly etc. GP prescribed antibiotics but it’s not any better. I have no allergies or anything like that.

By the way, my face feels good it’s pretty clean.

Please help 😩😩
