birth control??!daysy??

i was doing some reserch, because im looking for a form of birthcontrol, and i didnt want to pump my body with hormones. so i found this little gadget. its called daysy. so its like a thermometer and it just looks for your basal body temperature every morning and tells you if you are fertile or not. my question i guess is, have any of you tryed this? do you recomend it? im young, wanting to finish college and get a good career and about to get married, but i dont think its the right time yet. we could support a baby if it were to happen, but we arent necesarily letting it happen just because we werent careful. (i mean no offece to anyone, just thought i should say this).

If you are fine with a slip up possibly happening, then it’s a fine method it seems. I hear planning around ovulation when done correctly can work pretty well but still the risk is bigger

I don’t use this one but I track my ovulation cycle i do it all naturally I’ve been doing it for 9 years. You really need to know your body and have a regular period for this method to work. My tips are to not have unprotected sex after your period and what 5 days after your done ovulating to have unprotected sex.
