Braxton hicks at 24 weeks?

Does anyone have braxton hicks at 24 weeks? I JUST had the tightest most painful cramp I've ever felt and it made me realize I have NO idea what contractions feel like. I was induced with my first daughter and didn't feel the contractions at all. My dr had to tell me when to push...help?!

I started getting noticeable ones at 21 weeks. The first time I had been getting groceries and carrying them in by myself and felt crampy so I sat down. Then my belly tightened really hard for about 30 seconds and released. It did it twice then but stopped with rest and water.  I'm a nurse and some days at work I feel my belly tighten really hard randomly, mostly when I haven't sat for a while. My OB said it was normal and to make sure to stay hydrated and empty my bladder frequently (she knows we nurses are bad at that). Rest and water always helps.

I get them and I’ll be 25 weeks tomorrow. My doctor said it’s normal especially if you’re on your feet a lot. Drink a lot of water and try to pee as often as you need to (holding in pee can cause them I guess 😳)
