early bleeding... help
So I am very early 4w, 5d and am having red spotting. Not heavy yet and no cramping yet. Biggest spot was maybe dime size. Totally freaked. Could it be a zit or something in the area that popped? (I have had those before) Could it be a miscarriage? It's 4am so I don't want to call my OB exchange unless I need to. Anyone?
