You can get pregnant from precum, which exists whether he feels it or not. He can pull out when he fully ejaculates but there's nothing stopping the precum from being inside you which is also full of sperm. He won't ever know if he has precum because it's a bodily function that just happens. You can't time it. So the only way to not get pregnant is not have sex without a condom if you're not on birth control. But even then, it can still happen VERY rarely with birth control too.
