Buy another and try again you might not of got enough pee on it or it might be the test is just faulty either way it’s only a couple dollars and probably not worth your time to call and talk for hours for them to just tell you “ sorry but you probably didn’t do it right”. I usually just buy the cheaper offbrand test they work great 😁😁😁😁
