Help - spotting when pregnant

Currently 6wks and 2days pregnant. On Monday night I had a small amount of blood in the toilet and when wiping. Since then it has went from dark pink discharge, to light, and now nothing. Having had a previous ectopic and now only one tube I am worried. But surely if something was wrong the bleeding would have got worse and not better? Has this happened to anyone else? I am waiting for a scan on Tuesday and also am still getting very strong lines on pregnancy tests.
