My husband and I have currently been married for 2 years. I’ve tried various forms of birth control pills and they make me feel crazy. When I’m on the pill I have super high anxiety and depression. The last pill I was on was worse than anything I’ve ever experienced. I quit taking it after just 8 days. I know it takes longer to fully regulate but there was no way I could make it. I’m super scared of implant hormonal birth control because I can’t just stop taking it. Does anyone have recommendations for an alternative birth control. Kinda interested in the ovulation trackers but never talked to anyone who has used it.
