hi all, I had my first mid wife appointment today I'm 8w+5 and I had my blood pressure taken which came back really low... she said I'm surprised you're still alive.. the last time she saw pressure like that an elderly person was on their death bed..... next I had my bloods taken. I'm terrified of needles and I tell you it hurt like a b*tch!!!! it's never hurt like that before and I could only manage to give one vile as my body wasn't letting the midwife take anymore.... now I'm even more scared of having blood tests which I know I will have at my first scan in a few weeks which I'm now feeling anxious about. does anyone have any tips that could help me out with the pain or help me relax? it really upset me.. the midwife did her best to be gentle and soothing towards me bless her x
