Sleeping through the night help!

Ok so we were spoiled with a great sleeper. She started sleeping 5 hours through the night at 3 weeks then by 2 months she was sleeping 8 and by 4 months 12... so we never had to figure out how to get her to stay asleep. She’s almost 7 months old now and the last few weeks she started waking up every hour. She wakes up crying and cries until we pick her up then she falls back asleep right away. The first few times she’ll stay asleep in her crib but after the third time she starts crying when we put her in the crib. I’ve fallen asleep sitting up in bed holding her which scares the shit out of me. I’ve tried giving her a pacifier but she’s never taken to it.

Two night ago I bought the baby shusher on amazon and it’s arriving today. Anyone have experience with it? Or anything else?

I take her with me to work because I still work full time. I’m exhausted and desperate for my child to sleep! Help! Haha seriously help! Please!
